周建業，漢族，1978年6月出生。博士，教授，碩士生導師。國家民委青年英才，中國非公立醫療機構協會口腔預防專委會主委，中國非公立醫療機構協會研發中心常務副主任，甘肅生物工程學會科普與教育專委會主委。主持并以主要完成人參與國家自然科學基金5項，主持并以主要完成人參與省部級項目20多項，主持橫向基金3項；發表論文80余篇；獲得省級科技創新創業二等獎1項，獲地級進步一等獎1項，作為團隊成員，獲得國家科技創新團隊獎1項；獲得發明專利6項，實用新型專利3項。近年來，注重基礎研究與產業轉化的結合。在口腔核磁，等離子刀，口腔護理產品等方面帶隊做出重要成果，并使相關企業達到3億以上產值。
